Q: What Is Grim Productions?

Grim Productions is a new Haunt and Alternative Events production company. We were happy to acquire Festival of Witches and include it in our roster of great events held throughout the year, and look forward to introducing attendees and participants to a new, unique experience!

Q: Where is the Psychic Fair Located?

This year, the Psychic Fair will be held at the District Social, at Grand Prix 333 N Bedford Road Mount Kisco, New York

Q: What are the Dates and Times of the Psychic Fair?

The psychic fair will be held on Saturday ONLY this year, October 22, 2022. The fair opens to the public at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m All VIP ticket holders receive first entry into the psychic fair at 10 a.m. and may stay for the meet and greet from 5-7+p.m.

Q: Are the Events Family Friendly?

The Festival of Witches Psychic Fair & New Age Market is family friendly. Some of the events within the fair however, such as the classes, psychic readings and Seances are for those 18 years of age and older. Children participating must be in the company of an adult.

Q: What is Your Refund Policy?

All ticket sales are final.

Q: Is There Parking?

There is parking available at the facility. It is located in a very large plaza with plenty of parking.

Q: I Purchased Tickets, But I Haven't Received Them/ What Should I do?

All ticketing is done through our website or Eventbrite, and so your online receipt is your ticket. Please be sure to print it out and bring it with you at check-in for the event.

Q: How Much Are Tickets?

Q: I Purchased a General Admission Ticket, Can I Upgrade It To A VIP Ticket?

If VIP tickets are still available, you certainly can upgrade your ticket. For your convenience, we have included a ticket upgrade option on the ticketing page. Please be sure to being your original General Admission receipt as well as the receipt for your upgrade when you check in to the event.

Q: If VIP Tickets Are Sold Out, Is There A Way To Get More?

Unfortunately, once these tickets are sold out, no additional tickets will be released.

Q: Do You Accept Credit Card Payments At the Door?

Credit card payments are accepted at pre-purchase online only. We accept cash only at the door.

Q: Do the Vendors Accept Credit Card Payments?

This is up to the discretion of each individual vendor, however most of our vendors do accept credit card payments. There is also an ATM machine located in the facility in the event you need to withdraw cash.

Q: Should I Make An Appointment with One of the Psychics?

We do not schedule appointments for our psychics. Psychics give readings on a first come-first served basis.

Q: How Much Are the Readings?

Readings by our psychics are $60 for 20 minutes.

Q: I am Vegan. Can you alter your menu for the Witches' Ball?

Our Witches Ball page lists the full menu. While we do try to include a vegan option as well as some gluten-free options, such as fresh fruits and salads or grilled vegetables and gluten free items, we cannot alter the menu or guarantee there will be vegan or gluten free options. Vegan and gluten free items are listed on the menus. Please check the menu before placing your ticket order. Please also be aware that arriving late to the party may result in all food options having been consumed.

Q: Can I Bring My Dog?

While we love our four-legged friends, we request that you keep your pets at home. We anticipate it being quite busy with guests of the hotel and event, it may cause stress or anxiety to your pet. Most facilities also do not allow pets in the building, with the exception of registered service animals.
